The February/March issue of Yellowstone Valley Woman Magazine just hit newstands and we are very pleased to see this striped, nautical-inspried dress from Marcasa featured among pieces every woman should own. This Hazel dress is chic, truly versatile, and affordable ($85), while the necklace and bracelet ($93 and $83) are from a Brazilian brand called Nugaard that's getting a ton of press lately for it's unusual mix of materials and great prices.
